500 E-RYT & YACEP, my yoga journey began in 2003 shortly after becoming a mother, when I discovered yoga’s ability to support both physical and emotional well-being. My teaching blends strength, spirituality, creativity, and accessibility, creating space for students to explore balance, growth, and authentic connection. I completed my 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa training with Jonny Kest at the Center for Yoga, later earned my 300-hour certification, and continue advanced studies through a 1008-hour sadhana program with mentor Janet Stone, including international retreats and pilgrimages. Above all, I remain a dedicated student of this lifelong practice.
