In this nourishing restorative practice, Amanda & Danni will be your guides on a journey into a yogic ritual designed to create the conditions for profound rest and deep healing. Supported by blankets, bolsters, and long-held postures, the body softens while the mind settles.

Together, we will cultivate a sanctuary of presence where beauty and care become medicine and time and space where you can release what is heavy and invite clarity, renewal, and lightness of being.

Like a sacred pause in the rhythm of the festival, Ritual Rest is an invitation to slow down, receive, and remember the healing power of stillness.
