I acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity, and as with any form of exercise, there is an inherent risk of injury, including serious or disabling harm, which cannot be fully prevented. I accept full responsibility for my participation in yoga and understand that I do so at my own risk. I voluntarily choose to take part in the Love Shine Play Festival and agree to the terms of this Agreement, Waiver, and Release. I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the festival and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the individuals and organizations associated with it from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense that may arise from my participation.
