Kat Lyn is a flow artist, clown, performer, teacher, and creative spirit who has been sharing movement, joy, and connection through the flow arts for over a decade. As a founding member of FLOW ZONE, she has helped cultivate community and inspire others through workshops, performances, and playful expression.
Since discovering hoop dance in 2013, Kat has explored movement as a form of self-expression, healing and transformation. Her flow journey includes hoop, poi, leviwand, fans, double staff, juggling, and contact juggling, all woven together with a passion for creativity and connection.
Known by many as Sparkles the Clown, Kat combines flow arts, improvisation, and audience engagement to create moments of laughter, wonder, and genuine human connection. She believes that playfulness is a powerful force for bringing people together and inspiring joy.
Beyond the flow arts, Kat is a multidisciplinary artist who enjoys jewelry making, painting, poetry, music, and creative expression in many forms. Whether teaching, performing, or simply sharing a smile, she brings warmth, authenticity, and a spark of magic to every space she enters.
