Irijah is a dedicated flow artist, performer, teacher, and community leader with more than 25 years of experience in movement and flow arts. His work blends creativity, personal expression, play, and connection, inspiring others to discover freedom and confidence through movement.
A skilled LED and fire performer, Irijah is proficient in hoop, staff, poi, juggling sticks, dance, and a variety of movement disciplines. Throughout his career, he has taught workshops and classes on staff as a movement art form, contact staff, hoop dance, poi, stage presence, performance development, slacklining, acro-balance, and collaborative movement practices.
As a founding and active member of FLOW ZONE, Irijah has helped foster community through movement, learning, and creative exploration. He has taught and performed at dozens of festivals, retreats, gatherings, and community events across the country, sharing his passion for flow arts with audiences ranging from complete beginners to experienced performers.
His teaching style emphasizes empowerment, self-expression, presence, and joy. Whether leading a workshop, mentoring new performers, or facilitating community experiences, Irijah creates welcoming spaces where people can connect more deeply with themselves, each other, and the moment.
In addition to festival and event work, he has hosted studio classes, children’s playshops, circus camps, and community-based movement programs. He has choreographed and taught hoop dance for theatrical productions and has trained, choreographed, and performed with professional performance troupes throughout the Southeast.
As an artistic director, event producer, and community organizer, Irijah has spent years helping create transformative experiences that bring people together through art, movement, music, and shared celebration. His leadership is rooted in the belief that creativity, connection, and authentic self-expression have the power to inspire meaningful growth and strengthen community.
Beyond his work in the arts, Irijah is a loving father of three, a holistic healer, and a lifelong student of personal growth and human potential.
