About me
Andrea Morris is a registered yoga teacher, group facilitator, and founder of Sol Flow Yoga in Asheville, NC, with a devoted yoga practice of over 20 years—sometimes even on water, including stand-up paddleboard yoga. Formally trained in clinical social work, with a background in group and agency wellness, her work is guided by a philosophy that is led by spirit, backed by science, and in service to the raw human condition.
Her classes are immersive, playful, and rooted in the elements—inviting students to explore balance, breath, and presence both on the mat and out on the water. Andrea’s intention is to hold space for meaningful experiences that reconnect people to themselves, each other, and the natural world.
