Exploring the Architecture of Divinity
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 8:00am - 9:15am EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Remembering, together, that our body is a living temple, our breath is a sacred gift perpetually inviting us to both witness and experience the holy now.
Just as architecture relies on a considered foundation, balance, integrity, and intentional design ~ so too does our practice. Weaving grounding postures into vinyasa flow, allowing feeling to express with ease as we warm and open our bodies, preparing for a kriya to experience the divinity within. Moments of stillness and reflection are woven throughout, encouraging presence at the edges where intention takes form.
This is physical and spiritual, this is structural support and ever-expanding joy ~ this is the reminder that the treasure we seek is within.

Prana, Presence & Prayer
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
This immersive workshop weaves together the subtle wisdom of marma therapy, the transformative power of pranayama, and the heart-opening grace of bhakti-infused movement. Designed as a holistic journey inward, the experience invites participants to reconnect with their inner vitality, balance the nervous system, and cultivate a deep sense of devotion and presence.

The session begins with guided pranayama led by Mitesh Raichada, who will skillfully introduce breath practices to regulate energy (prana), calm the mind, and create a grounded, receptive state. Through intentional breathing techniques, participants will awaken subtle awareness and prepare the body for deeper energetic work.

Sneha Raichada will then guide an exploration of marma points—vital energy centers in the body rooted in Ayurvedic tradition. With gentle touch and mindful attention, participants will learn how to stimulate and balance these points to support physical, emotional, and energetic harmony.

Building on this awakened state, Seán Johnson will lead a gentle bhakti vinyasa sequence designed to open the heart and invite a sense of devotion and connection. Infused with music, mantra, and fluid movement, this creative practice encourages participants to move from the inside out with love and intention.

Together, these three modalities create a deeply nourishing and integrative experience—one that harmonizes breath, body, and spirit, and leaves participants feeling centered, uplifted, and connected to the heart.

LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 12:00pm - 1:15pm EDT

"The most important thing you can do for yourself and for the world is to be present." — Ram Dass
We gather in the spirit of Ram Dass — teacher, mystic, and beloved guide for generations of seekers — to explore what it means to truly be here, now. Through story, silence, and open-hearted inquiry, we'll touch the teachings that have moved millions: loving awareness, the dissolution of separation, the grace of the present moment, and the radical act of seeing each other as soul.
This is not a lecture. It is an invitation to sit together, go inward, and remember what we already know. Come as you are. Bring your questions, your grief, your longing, your joy. There is room for all of it here.
Open to all levels. No yoga experience required. Perfect for first-time festival attendees and long-time practitioners alike.

The isolation work requires the kind of focused attention that interrupts rumination. Participants leave with a short personal movement sequence they can use as a reset practice. Dynamic Meditation
LIMITED
Saturday July 25, 2026 2:00pm - 3:15pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
This is NOT a gentle practice. It is one of the most powerful active meditations in the world, and one of the most liberating.
Developed by Osho as a technique for modern bodies carrying modern stress, Dynamic Meditation moves through five stages over 60 minutes: chaotic breathwork, cathartic release (sound, free movement, letting the body express what it holds), a mantra jump, stillness, and celebration. The music guides each stage precisely.

Many people find this practice transformative on the first attempt. Others find it confronting. Both are welcome. What it asks is simple: show up, follow the stages, and let go of control. The meditation does the rest.

Appropriate for adults with no serious cardiac or respiratory conditions. Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in. Eyeshades strongly encouraged. Not recommended for those in acute emotional crisis or active trauma.
