Exploring the Architecture of Divinity
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 8:00am - 9:15am EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Remembering, together, that our body is a living temple, our breath is a sacred gift perpetually inviting us to both witness and experience the holy now.
Just as architecture relies on a considered foundation, balance, integrity, and intentional design ~ so too does our practice. Weaving grounding postures into vinyasa flow, allowing feeling to express with ease as we warm and open our bodies, preparing for a kriya to experience the divinity within. Moments of stillness and reflection are woven throughout, encouraging presence at the edges where intention takes form.
This is physical and spiritual, this is structural support and ever-expanding joy ~ this is the reminder that the treasure we seek is within.

Superflow: Ocean-Inspired Movement
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 8:00am - 9:15am EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
The ocean is never rigid. It is powerful, fluid, and endlessly adaptable. In this workshop, we explore movement inspired by the qualities of water—strength without stiffness, flow without force, and the ability to move seamlessly from one shape to the next. Superflow invites you to move with rhythm, intelligence, and ease, cultivating what we might call flow state fitness.

This practice blends yoga, functional mobility, calisthenics, and elements of Tai Chi into a continuous, wave-like movement experience. Rather than stopping to stretch or isolate muscles, we explore how to increase your range of motion while in motion—building strength, mobility, and coordination at the same time.

Through spirals, transitions, and fluid sequences, you’ll learn how to generate power without tension and stability without rigidity. As the body learns to move more fluidly, the mind often follows, dropping into the focused, effortless awareness we recognize as flow state.
Superflow is not about perfect poses. It’s about rediscovering your natural movement rhythm so you leave feeling strong, open, energized, and connected to the joy of moving like the ocean.

LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am EDT

Strong is good. Sustainable is better.

This class is about building a body that actually holds up. We’ll focus on strength, mobility, and joint integrity, slowing things down where it matters so you can move better, not just more.

Instead of chasing intensity, we’ll refine the fundamentals that support everything else you do, whether that’s yoga, lifting, or daily life.

This is the work most people skip… and the reason things eventually break down.
You’ll leave feeling more connected, more capable, and with a clearer understanding of how to train your body for the long game.

Prana, Presence & Prayer
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
This immersive workshop weaves together the subtle wisdom of marma therapy, the transformative power of pranayama, and the heart-opening grace of bhakti-infused movement. Designed as a holistic journey inward, the experience invites participants to reconnect with their inner vitality, balance the nervous system, and cultivate a deep sense of devotion and presence.

The session begins with guided pranayama led by Mitesh Raichada, who will skillfully introduce breath practices to regulate energy (prana), calm the mind, and create a grounded, receptive state. Through intentional breathing techniques, participants will awaken subtle awareness and prepare the body for deeper energetic work.

Sneha Raichada will then guide an exploration of marma points—vital energy centers in the body rooted in Ayurvedic tradition. With gentle touch and mindful attention, participants will learn how to stimulate and balance these points to support physical, emotional, and energetic harmony.

Building on this awakened state, Seán Johnson will lead a gentle bhakti vinyasa sequence designed to open the heart and invite a sense of devotion and connection. Infused with music, mantra, and fluid movement, this creative practice encourages participants to move from the inside out with love and intention.

Together, these three modalities create a deeply nourishing and integrative experience—one that harmonizes breath, body, and spirit, and leaves participants feeling centered, uplifted, and connected to the heart.

Free your Hips and Hamstrings
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Tight hips and hamstrings are among the most common complaints in the human body — and among the most misunderstood. What we experience as stiffness or discomfort is often the result of years of accumulated tension, postural imbalance, and unaddressed trigger points that no amount of stretching alone will resolve. This is why your yoga sometimes doesn't help, like at all.

This hands-on, results-oriented workshop teaches you how to actually get into the tissue — using self-myofascial release and targeted trigger point techniques — so that the yoga that follows can land somewhere new.

We'll work systematically through the hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings, and surrounding structures to address:

Hip flexor pain and chronic tension — the hidden driver behind low back pain
Common hip and glute complaints — including piriformis tension
Pelvic stability and balance — because a well-released pelvis is a well-supported pelvis, and that foundation changes everything above and below it

We'll close with a yoga sequence designed to integrate and deepen the release work, so your body can actually receive and hold the openness you've created.
You will leave with a clear self-care protocol you can use at home — and very likely, hips that feel like they belong to a different body.

Holosomatic Breathwork Journey
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 4:00pm - 5:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Leave with a clearer mind, a lighter body, and a deeper connection to yourself.

This is a space to go inward. To listen, feel, and let something move.

Holosomatic Breathwork uses conscious connected breathing and music to shift your state of awareness. Over the course of three hours, we create a grounded, intentional container that supports you in exploring what lives beneath the surface.

We begin by arriving. The first hour is about setting the space, learning the technique, and understanding how to navigate your experience so you feel supported as you go deeper.

From there, you’ll move into a 60-minute active breathing phase. The music builds. Tribal, rhythmic, immersive. Loud enough to help you drop out of the thinking mind and into something more instinctual. This is where the experience opens.

People often describe this as a drug-free psychedelic experience. It can bring emotional release, clarity, connection to past experiences, or a sense of expansion that’s hard to name but easy to feel.

During the breathwork, you’ll be lying down on a yoga mat. You may want to bring an eye mask, a blanket or towel to cover up, or wear non-restrictive clothing. None of this is required, but it can support your experience. You will likely work up a sweat during the active phase.

The final portion of our time is dedicated to integration. This is where things begin to land. You’ll have space to rest, reflect, and, if you choose, share what came up. Integration is a key part of the process. It’s not something we rush.

This work can support nervous system reset, release stored tension, and bring awareness to patterns that usually stay out of reach. Many leave feeling more open, more grounded, and more connected to themselves and others.

We ask that you stay for the full session and help keep this space confidential. That’s part of what makes it safe enough to go there.

Please note: This practice is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have a history of seizures, cardiovascular conditions, severe asthma, recent surgery, or are currently experiencing acute mental health conditions. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out or consult with a medical professional before attending.

The real potential of vinyasa yoga lies within the dynamic transitions. It is in the space between where we find true functional strength and the ability to move with intention and purpose. This class is designed to help you own those moments and to develop the control to slow a movement down, pause it, or even reverse it mid-air.

We’re moving beyond standard crunches to explore what true core stability actually feels like in a dynamic practice. It is this same presence and stability that we embody to steady ourselves between the poses that allows us to navigate the undulating transitions of life with grace and resilience. Matt Giordano will offer you a yoga practice that gets you into your body and gives you a strong understanding of a complex joint that can otherwise be a bit of a mystery. Having rehabilitated his own shoulder from a nearly shattered collarbone and fractured scapula, Matt’s knowledge speaks from experience and an excitement to share the tools he has picked up along the way. Boundless Freedom is appropriate for all levels.

Yoga as Water for a World on Fire
LIMITED
Saturday July 25, 2026 12:00pm - 1:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Yoga as Water for a World on Fire: Centering the great and universal vows of the beginning path of yoga is at the heart of the practice as well as the heart shape of this offering. Because the world is on fire. This is not a bypass, this is not feel-good glitter - this is an unflinching look at the reality of now. And, in response, how our devotion, our love, and our yoga are the medicine, the panacea, and the path.
Water offers the wisdom of ultimate adaptability, of cooling, flowing, giving life. Water teaches us to soften without collapsing, to recognize the vessel of now and respond with intention rather than urgency. Flowing like water, we meet resistance with patience, and we carve space through repetition. Rather than an escape or an avoidance of what is burning all around us, this is how we carry water, literally and metaphorically, to all life, including ourselves. To refresh, replenish, and especially to re-source – this is an act of care, not only for ourselves but for the world we inhabit.

The Practice as Sacred Alchemy: Magick, Ritual, and Yoga
LIMITED
Saturday July 25, 2026 2:00pm - 3:00pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Magick is often described as the ability to shift energy through intention, and this is precisely what happens when movement, breath, and prayer are woven together with awareness. When practiced this way, yoga becomes an alchemical process, transforming contraction into expansion, fear into insight, and habit into conscious choice.

In this class, practice is approached as ritual. Movement becomes devotion. Breath becomes invocation. The body becomes a living altar through which we engage transformation not as an abstract concept, but as a lived, felt experience. When intention is embodied, yoga moves beyond exercise and becomes a means of aligning personal healing with something larger than the self.

Together, we will move through a soulful and intelligently sequenced practice that includes Sun Salutes A and B, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, inversions, meditation, mantra, mudra, and prayer.

Mindfulness of the breath will be used to bring awareness of the brilliant core of the body out within the forms of the postures. Vinyasa Flow is the practice of synchronizing movement with breath, creating a continuous rhythm that links effort and awareness. Rooted in the Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions, vinyasa also allows space for creative interpretation, psychological insight, and spiritual inquiry, making it a living, evolving practice rather than a fixed form.

Because of its fluid nature, vinyasa requires thoughtful sequencing and precise cueing to support stability, integrity, and safety. When done well, it builds strength without strain, mobility without collapse, and focus without rigidity. This class explores both the physical architecture and the subtle intelligence of vinyasa practice, emphasizing how alignment, breath, and transitions work together to support the nervous system and prepare the body for meditation.

We will move through the traditional arc of a vinyasa class, including Sun Salutations, standing poses, hip openers, backbends, forward bends, inversions, yin, and restorative postures. Along the way, we will examine breathwork, the relationship between effort and ease, as well as the benefits and potential risks of common postures.
This class is designed for students who want a deeper understanding of asana, and for teachers interested in how I organize, pace, and instruct vinyasa as both a technical and devotional practice.

Unclench: Somatic Myofascial Release for Anxious Times

Sunday July 26, 2026 12:00pm - 1:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
We live in a world that keeps us braced. The butt tightens, the hips grip, the shoulders creep toward the ears — and after a while, we stop noticing. The body simply becomes the place where the weight of uncertain times takes up permanent residence.
This workshop offers a systematic, deeply satisfying path back to greater ease. Drawing on somatic awareness, myofascial release, and nervous system science, we'll work through the body's most common stress-holding sites using tools that are accessible, effective, and immediately repeatable at home.

Together we will explore:

Therapeutic shaking and tremoring — one of the body's oldest and most underutilized self-regulation tools, used to discharge held bracing and reset the nervous system at its roots

Soft foam rolling for the hip flexors and glutes — the body's emotional core, chronically contracted in anxiety and stress, and profoundly responsive to patient, intentional release

Breathing practices for self-regulation — targeted breathwork that speaks directly to the autonomic nervous system, shifting us out of fight-or-flight and into a felt sense of safety

We'll close with a grounding yoga sequence to integrate everything the body has just released, helping you arrive back in yourself as a place you actually want to be.

Most people never pause long enough to get clear on what they truly want.
This is your moment to listen.
We move through strong, fluid vinyasa to build heat, release tension, and open the body. Then we shift into breath and stillness, quieting the noise so something real can come through.
When the body opens, the mind follows.
When the mind is clear, your direction reveals itself.
From that place, we move into a closing ceremony together.
You will write a letter to your future self, the one shaped by what you choose, beginning now.
Not a wish. A decision.
Stop bobbing around. Start surfing the waves of your life, the ones your future self will thank you for.
