Most people try to think their way into their next chapter. This workshop starts in the body instead. Participants use guided movement and dance to physically embody the version of themselves they're working toward, not as visualization but as direct somatic rehearsal. The coaching framework grounds the experience: identifying what they actually want, locating where resistance lives in the body, and using movement to shift it. Ends as a full dance party where the room collectively holds its intentions in motion.

Bellydance is one of the oldest forms of somatic intelligence. This workshop strips it of performance and uses it as a precision mindfulness tool, specifically for presence and accessing non-linear thinking. The isolation work requires the kind of focused attention that interrupts rumination. Participants leave with a short personal movement sequence they can use as a reset practice. Coaching integration: how the body's wisdom shows up when the analytical mind is occupied with movement.

Wild Waters is an invitation to come home to the body — raw, fluid, and unapologetically alive. Inspired by the untamed nature of water and the primal intelligence that lives within each of us, this sensual, rhythmic flow reconnects you with the sacred wisdom of embodied experience. Through spirals, circles, hip-led movement, wave-like transitions, and grounded breathwork, we explore instinct, pleasure, power, and presence. The practice emphasizes organic expression and intuitive movement, dissolving rigidity and inviting freedom, softness, and vitality.
Expect fluid shapes, sacral activation, and moments of stillness that allow sensation and inner knowing to rise to the surface. Breath, sweat, and movement become a language of self-trust — an intimate dialogue with the body that awakens joy and aliveness.
This offering is intentionally sultry, playful, and deeply grounding — a space to reconnect with the sensual experience of being human and to move from a place that feels untamed, authentic, and profoundly alive.
This is NOT a gentle practice. It is one of the most powerful active meditations in the world, and one of the most liberating. Developed by Osho as a technique for modern bodies carrying modern stress, Dynamic Meditation moves through five stages over 60 minutes: chaotic breathwork, cathartic release (sound, free movement, letting the body express what it holds), a mantra jump, stillness, and celebration. The music guides each stage precisely.
Many people find this practice transformative on the first attempt. Others find it confronting. Both are welcome. What it asks is simple: show up, follow the stages, and let go of control. The meditation does the rest.
Appropriate for adults with no serious cardiac or respiratory conditions. Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in. Eyeshades strongly encouraged. Not recommended for those in acute emotional crisis or active trauma.

Release tension and connect with your intuition in this intimate breathwork ceremony. After a short introduction on how to safely perform the breath, you’ll lie down, get comfortable, and be guided through active breathwork, set to carefully curated music to carry you through your journey inward. Afterwards, you’ll float away into bliss, clarity, and unconditional love in a deeply restorative meditation. We’ll close the ceremony with time for journaling to integrate the intuitive guidance received, and open the space up for supportive sharing and reflection.
This breathwork style is called ‘conscious connected breathing’, based on a circular and rhythmic three-part breath pattern. By activating new neural pathways in the brain, you will lift the veil to your subconscious mind. This allows the clarity of your intuition to come through with clarity, compassion, and multi-faceted awareness. There are no limits to what answers you may receive!
Please note that this can be a very intense style of breathwork that may cause some hyperventilation side effects. Not recommended for those with cardiovascular disease or heart/respiratory conditions (ex, high/low blood pressure, history of heart attacks or strokes, severe asthma), if you’re prone to fainting, or if you’re pregnant.
Please bring a cloth or an eye mask to cover your eyes!

Your core is the body’s command center—the place where strength, stability, and intelligent movement begin. In Core Command, we dive into the powerful network that makes up the trunk of the body, integrating the pelvic floor, abdominals, hips, glutes, psoas, and hip flexors into one coordinated system of support and strength.
This dynamic, vinyasa-inspired practice builds deep, functional power from the inside out. Through mindful sequencing, controlled transitions, and breath-driven movement, you’ll activate the muscles that stabilize the spine, support posture, and create efficient, resilient movement patterns throughout the body.
Expect a strong, steady burn balanced with fluid mobility as we awaken the deep core, tone the glutes, strengthen the hips, and cultivate awareness of the pelvic floor—the subtle yet powerful foundation of the entire body.
Walk away feeling stronger, more connected, and fully in command of your center—moving with greater confidence, control, and ease both on and off the mat.

Close The Love Shine Play Festival with a signature Blissology journey, a moving, breathing ceremony that gathers the energy of the weekend and turns it into something deeply personal and lasting. Most people never pause long enough to get clear on what they truly want. This is your moment to listen. We move through strong, fluid vinyasa to build heat, release tension, and open the body. Then we shift into breath and stillness, quieting the noise so something real can come through. When the body opens, the mind follows. When the mind is clear, your direction reveals itself. From that place, we move into a closing ceremony together. You will write a letter to your future self, the one shaped by what you choose, beginning now. Not a wish. A decision. Stop bobbing around. Start surfing the waves of your life, the ones your future self will thank you for.
Eoin Finn, globally celebrated yogi, surfer, thought leader, and founder of Blissology, has been carving his unique path through the worlds of yoga, philosophy, physiology, and movement since 1989. Known for blending soulful science with yogic wisdom, Eoin’s teachings are deeply... Read More →
