Welcome to the FLOW ZONE!

Embrace your child-like learning nature and come play! See how movement and flow with others can increase your mental and physical stamina as well as happiness and attitude towards life! The FLOW ZONE is an interactive free-form play ground that is offered for free to everyone where anyone is welcome to try out many different flow-props such as Hoop, Staff, Poi, Juggling props and lots of other Fun Shapes without time restraints, or obligation. Our FLOW ZONE Artists can also offer on-the-spot free-form beginner, intermediate, or advanced instruction that is fun, exciting, and informative because it’s customized to meeting them where they're at. So let go of any hesitation no matter your age or experience and come enjoy how good it can feel to move, play and share in the FLOW ZONE!
