Through harmony, rhythm, poetry, and song, Luna, Madelyn, and Lumin will guide a relaxed, interactive experience that includes simple breathing and grounding practices, qigong, songs from world wisdom and spiritual traditions, easy sing-alongs, and original music and poetry.
