Join Trish Ahjel Roberts—transformational coach, yoga and meditation instructor, energy healer, and 4x author—for a soulful and restorative workshop designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself from the inside out.
Through a nourishing blend of restorative and yin yoga, breathwork, guided journaling, visualization, meditation, and inspirational readings from her acclaimed book 12 Steps to Mind-Blowing Happiness, Trish will guide participants through practices that support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, inner clarity, and sustainable joy.
This immersive experience invites you to release stress, realign your energy centers, and cultivate greater peace, authenticity, and intention as you move forward into the second half of the year. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and a pen for reflection and integration. Handouts will be provided.
