An experience in whole-body expression and release! Recalibrate the nervous system, shake off stagnant energy, and breathe new life into your physical and spiritual bodies.  By combining physical movement and the energetics of voice activation, you’ll embark on an invigorating and grounding journey through the chakras.

This is an activating workshop that oscillates between gentle cardio to rhythmic music, stillness, somatic movements, and vocal toning. Khaki will close the portal with a meditative crystal alchemy sound bath, anchoring in an empowered sense of self and a keen awareness of your embodiment.
