Welcome to the beautiful Appalachian Mountains!
Saturday July 25, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
In this class, we will explore details of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series to find awareness in its transitions alongside new alignment and depth in old poses. Mindfulness of the breath will be used to bring awareness of the brilliant core of the body out within the forms of the postures. Through the continuous joining and separating of masculine and feminine movements and energy in both the breathing patterns and the structures of the poses, fine detail becomes natural, and the practice becomes easy.
