Many ancient cultures know that cacao (the pure essence of chocolate) opens the emotional center of our body - our heart chakra. In this session, we will merge the medicine of cacao and the wisdom of yoga practices to explore and empower our relationship to our heart.  Through a simple cacao ceremony, gentle asana, chanting, meditation, and live music, you will be sweetly surprised how you may easily find and feel JOY.  When the heart, the voice, and the people around us are open and relaxed, healing and magic happen.
