In the yogic tradition, the Divine Mother expresses herself through many forms, each revealing a different aspect of life's unfolding cycles. In this immersive workshop, we explore the sacred mantras of three beloved goddesses — Saraswati, Lakshmi, and Durga — whose archetypal energies illuminate a powerful rhythm of creation, nourishment, and transformation.  This mirrors the cycles present in nature, our bodies, and our spiritual lives.
Through mantra chanting, mudra, and guided meditation, we connect with Saraswati's clarity and creative wisdom, Lakshmi's flowing abundance, and Durga's fierce courage to release what no longer serves.
Open to all levels. Expect teaching, mantra chanting, somatic awareness, and meditation that leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply supported by the sacred cycles of life.
