Leave with a clearer mind, a lighter body, and a deeper connection to yourself.

This is a space to go inward. To listen, feel, and let something move.

Holosomatic Breathwork uses conscious connected breathing and music to shift your state of awareness. Over the course of three hours, we create a grounded, intentional container that supports you in exploring what lives beneath the surface.

We begin by arriving. The first hour is about setting the space, learning the technique, and understanding how to navigate your experience so you feel supported as you go deeper.

From there, you’ll move into a 60-minute active breathing phase. The music builds. Tribal, rhythmic, immersive. Loud enough to help you drop out of the thinking mind and into something more instinctual. This is where the experience opens.

People often describe this as a drug-free psychedelic experience. It can bring emotional release, clarity, connection to past experiences, or a sense of expansion that’s hard to name but easy to feel.

During the breathwork, you’ll be lying down on a yoga mat. You may want to bring an eye mask, a blanket or towel to cover up, or wear non-restrictive clothing. None of this is required, but it can support your experience. You will likely work up a sweat during the active phase.

The final portion of our time is dedicated to integration. This is where things begin to land. You’ll have space to rest, reflect, and, if you choose, share what came up. Integration is a key part of the process. It’s not something we rush.

This work can support nervous system reset, release stored tension, and bring awareness to patterns that usually stay out of reach. Many leave feeling more open, more grounded, and more connected to themselves and others.

We ask that you stay for the full session and help keep this space confidential. That’s part of what makes it safe enough to go there.

Please note: This practice is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have a history of seizures, cardiovascular conditions, severe asthma, recent surgery, or are currently experiencing acute mental health conditions. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out or consult with a medical professional before attending.
