Tight hips and hamstrings are among the most common complaints in the human body — and among the most misunderstood. What we experience as stiffness or discomfort is often the result of years of accumulated tension, postural imbalance, and unaddressed trigger points that no amount of stretching alone will resolve. This is why your yoga sometimes doesn't help, like at all.

This hands-on, results-oriented workshop teaches you how to actually get into the tissue — using self-myofascial release and targeted trigger point techniques — so that the yoga that follows can land somewhere new.

We'll work systematically through the hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings, and surrounding structures to address:

Hip flexor pain and chronic tension — the hidden driver behind low back pain
Common hip and glute complaints — including piriformis tension
Pelvic stability and balance — because a well-released pelvis is a well-supported pelvis, and that foundation changes everything above and below it

We'll close with a yoga sequence designed to integrate and deepen the release work, so your body can actually receive and hold the openness you've created.
You will leave with a clear self-care protocol you can use at home — and very likely, hips that feel like they belong to a different body.
