Shine from root to crown with the alchemical practices of yoga. This session will culminate with a Chakra Radiance visualization and meditation.

This session will integrate the wisdom of the chakras with themes of support, worthiness, love, sensuality, healing, confidence, vitality, and prosperity. Journey through the seven chakras, uniting the mystical and physical forces to create a radiant power through your whole being. This is a Tantric Quest through the portals of the chakras, and each one will unlock gifts within your body, psyche, and life.
