This gentle sunrise practice draws from the ancient Pali tradition of metta — loving-kindness — a meditation that trains the heart to meet every being, including ourselves, with warmth and care. As the morning light gathers over the Blue Ridge Mountains, we'll move through the traditional phrases of metta: toward ourselves, toward loved ones, toward strangers, toward all beings everywhere.
No meditation experience needed. No perfect stillness required. Just a willingness to show up, breathe, and let love be the first thing you offer the day.

Release tension and connect with your intuition in this intimate breathwork ceremony.
After a short introduction on how to safely perform the breath, you’ll lie down, get comfortable, and be guided through active breathwork, set to carefully curated music to carry you through your journey inward. Afterwards, you’ll float away into bliss, clarity, and unconditional love in a deeply restorative meditation. We’ll close the ceremony with time for journaling to integrate the intuitive guidance received, and open the space up for supportive sharing and reflection.

This breathwork style is called ‘conscious connected breathing’, based on a circular and rhythmic three-part breath pattern. By activating new neural pathways in the brain, you will lift the veil to your subconscious mind. This allows the clarity of your intuition to come through with clarity, compassion, and multi-faceted awareness. There are no limits to what answers you may receive!

Please note that this can be a very intense style of breathwork that may cause some hyperventilation side effects. Not recommended for those with cardiovascular disease or heart/respiratory conditions (ex, high/low blood pressure, history of heart attacks or strokes, severe asthma), if you’re prone to fainting, or if you’re pregnant.

Please bring a cloth or an eye mask to cover your eyes!

Sanctuary of Sound is a one-hour sound bath with gong, mindfully curated to offer deep rest, nervous system regulation, and a return to inner stillness. After some gentle stretching and breathwork, participants are invited to lie down comfortably and be held in a cocoon of resonant sound as waves of vibration from the gong move through the body and the surrounding space.
This is not a practice of doing, it is the ultimate “undoing”, a practice of receiving. The vibrations of the gong offer healing, refuge, and a reset – clear of habitual thought patterns, clear of stress, tension, and fatigue. This is the sanctuary of sound, the sanctuary where we allow our body to fulfill its inherent capacity for restoration, healing, and insight.
No experience is necessary. Simply arrive, rest, and allow sound to hold you.

This is NOT a gentle practice. It is one of the most powerful active meditations in the world, and one of the most liberating.
Developed by Osho as a technique for modern bodies carrying modern stress, Dynamic Meditation moves through five stages over 60 minutes: chaotic breathwork, cathartic release (sound, free movement, letting the body express what it holds), a mantra jump, stillness, and celebration. The music guides each stage precisely.

Many people find this practice transformative on the first attempt. Others find it confronting. Both are welcome. What it asks is simple: show up, follow the stages, and let go of control. The meditation does the rest.

Appropriate for adults with no serious cardiac or respiratory conditions. Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in. Eyeshades strongly encouraged. Not recommended for those in acute emotional crisis or active trauma.
