Fire Power Flow is about building heat with intention and letting that energy move through you.

You’ll move through a dynamic sequence that blends alignment, strength, and fluid transitions. It’s not just about getting through poses. It’s about understanding them, feeling where you’re working, and then letting that structure turn into flow.

We’ll focus on technique. How you place your hands. How you stack your joints. Where your energy leaks and how to bring it back online. Then we layer in rhythm and breath so the practice starts to carry you instead of the other way around.

Music is upbeat and driving. Expect to sweat. Expect to drop in. There’s a moment where it clicks, and everything starts to feel connected.

You’ll leave grounded, energized, and a little more tapped into your own power.

Adi Westerman has been teaching for over two decades and brings a mix of precision and play to her classes. She is the owner/founder of Hot Yoga Asheville and a retreat center (El Nido Uvita) in Costa Rica, where she hosts trainings, retreats, and creative gatherings, as well as helps others to create meaningful transformational experiences.
