In the yogic tradition, the Divine Mother expresses herself through many forms, each revealing a different aspect of life's unfolding cycles. In this immersive workshop, we explore the sacred mantras of three beloved goddesses — Saraswati, Lakshmi, and Durga — whose archetypal energies illuminate a powerful rhythm of creation, nourishment, and transformation.  This mirrors the cycles present in nature, our bodies, and our spiritual lives.
Through mantra chanting, mudra, and guided meditation, we connect with Saraswati's clarity and creative wisdom, Lakshmi's flowing abundance, and Durga's fierce courage to release what no longer serves.

Wild Waters is an invitation to come home to the body — raw, fluid, and unapologetically alive. Inspired by the untamed nature of water and the primal intelligence that lives within each of us, this sensual, rhythmic flow reconnects you with the sacred wisdom of embodied experience. Through spirals, circles, hip-led movement, wave-like transitions, and grounded breathwork, we explore instinct, pleasure, power, and presence. The practice emphasizes organic expression and intuitive movement, dissolving rigidity and inviting freedom, softness, and vitality.
 
Expect fluid shapes, sacral activation, and moments of stillness that allow sensation and inner knowing to rise to the surface. Breath, sweat, and movement become a language of self-trust — an intimate dialogue with the body that awakens joy and aliveness.
 
This offering is intentionally sultry, playful, and deeply grounding — a space to reconnect with the sensual experience of being human and to move from a place that feels untamed, authentic, and profoundly alive.

Yoga as Water for a World on Fire: Centering the great and universal vows of the beginning path of yoga is at the heart of the practice as well as the heart shape of this offering. Because the world is on fire. This is not a bypass, this is not feel-good glitter - this is an unflinching look at the reality of now. And, in response, how our devotion, our love, and our yoga are the medicine, the panacea, and the path.
Water offers the wisdom of ultimate adaptability, of cooling, flowing, giving life. Water teaches us to soften without collapsing, to recognize the vessel of now and respond with intention rather than urgency. Flowing like water, we meet resistance with patience, and we carve space through repetition. Rather than an escape or an avoidance of what is burning all around us, this is how we carry water, literally and metaphorically, to all life, including ourselves. To refresh, replenish, and especially to re-source – this is an act of care, not only for ourselves but for the world we inhabit.

Many ancient cultures know that cacao (the pure essence of chocolate) opens the emotional center of our body - our heart chakra. In this session, we will merge the medicine of cacao and the wisdom of yoga practices to explore and empower our relationship to our heart.  Through a simple cacao ceremony, gentle asana, chanting, meditation, and live music, you will be sweetly surprised how you may easily find and feel JOY.  When the heart, the voice, and the people around us are open and relaxed, healing and magic happen.

Breathe in the sky, soar with your wings over dancing palm trees,  dive into waves that flow in and out of your inner shores. Feel the pulse of your heart’s vibration like a sacred drum awakening your body’s rhythm; this is Earth Root Reggae Flow. Allow your bare feet to root deep into the Mother Earth and rise like a mountain of energy, touching the very stars. Sway like the rhythmic flow of waves rising and splashing on the shores of your heart. Bathe in the rays of the sun that permeate with the light of consciousness glowing from within to all the stars that adorn your dreams. Flow into an earthly celebration of dance with body, breath, and beat like an inner fire of transformation and joy. Then soften into stillness like a sunset over warm sand as you become your breath, your roots, your heart, flowing like a vast, beautiful ocean, becoming the still, quiet moon.
