In this class, we will explore details of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series to find awareness in its transitions alongside new alignment and depth in old poses. Mindfulness of the breath will be used to bring awareness of the brilliant core of the body out within the forms of the postures. Through the continuous joining and separating of masculine and feminine movements and energy in both the breathing patterns and the structures of the poses, fine detail becomes natural, and the practice becomes easy. (all levels)

In this magical experiential journey, we will use the tantalizing fragrances of natural essential oils of different plants representing the 4 elements (roots for earth, flowers for water, spices for fire, leaves for air). We will learn about these elements in coordination with locations in the body and medicinal applications of these aromas and plants. The sense of smell is connected to memory, so we will use this aroma to anchor positive memories of our time at the festival and use this in a guided meditation using the aroma, acupressure points, and visualization for a magical Scent and Centering experience. The Resonating Body is a guided, experiential workshop exploring sound, movement, breath, and subtle energy practices as tools for grounding, nervous system regulation, and embodied vitality. Through fluid movement, vocal toning, qigong-inspired practices, and somatic tracking, participants learn to listen deeply to their bodies, release held tension, and cultivate a felt sense of ease and presence.
Drawing from Body Dialogue, Alexander Technique principles, Breathing Coordination, and polyvagal awareness, we explore how voice and vibration support self-regulation, emotional flow, and authentic expression. The living voice becomes a companion to movement — supporting grounding, truth-telling, and inner listening.
Insights on supportive herbs and flower essences for nervous system balance and resilience. Practices are accessible, adaptable, and easily woven into daily life. No prior experience is needed.
