Unlock your body and find true freedom of movement in this dynamic "Mobility Flow" class. Designed for festival-goers, hikers, and active movers, this session blends the breath-centered, creative movement of vinyasa with innovative, science-backed mobility drills to strengthen and release your joints.
We will move beyond simple flexibility to focus on functional range of motion—targeting notorious "stuck" areas like the hips, shoulders, and ankles—allowing you to move with more ease on and off the mat. Starting with gentle activation to build heat, we will transition into a fluid sequence that increases strength and body awareness, finishing with deep, restorative stretches to help you recover and reset for your next mountain adventure.
