Many cultures hold stories of the journey down to the river as a spiritual pilgrimage. Saraswati, yoga's river goddess also represents the power of creativity, imagination, and knowledge. This fluid bhakti-infused practice invites you into the current-- merging song, chant, live music, and a creative intermediate water-themed vinyasa flow, to help connect you to the deep river of inspiration within.
In the yogic tradition, the Divine Mother expresses herself through many forms, each revealing a different aspect of life's unfolding cycles. In this immersive workshop, we explore the sacred mantras of three beloved goddesses — Saraswati, Lakshmi, and Durga — whose archetypal energies illuminate a powerful rhythm of creation, nourishment, and transformation. This mirrors the cycles present in nature, our bodies, and our spiritual lives. Through mantra chanting, mudra, and guided meditation, we connect with Saraswati's clarity and creative wisdom, Lakshmi's flowing abundance, and Durga's fierce courage to release what no longer serves. Open to all levels. Expect teaching, mantra chanting, somatic awareness, and meditation that leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply supported by the sacred cycles of life.

You’re not broken. You’re not depleted. You’re angry. You’ve been making yourself smaller, quieter, more palatable, and the cost has been your fire. This immersion is for the woman who is done negotiating with her own life. We’ll begin with breathwork designed to regulate and activate, calming the nervous system first, then building energy through rhythmic breath patterns that wake up what has gone dormant. From there, Faith guides you through a fierce and honest reflective practice: where have you been leaking power? What boundary have you been afraid to set? What desire have you been calling “selfish” instead of calling it yours? The middle of this session moves into embodied expression, somatic movement, sound, rhythm, letting the body say what the mind has been censoring. We close with intention, boundary-setting, and a grounding meditation that doesn’t soften you back down. You’ll leave with fire you can actually use.

Yoga as Water for a World on Fire: Centering the great and universal vows of the beginning path of yoga is at the heart of the practice as well as the heart shape of this offering. Because the world is on fire. This is not a bypass, this is not feel-good glitter - this is an unflinching look at the reality of now. And, in response, how our devotion, our love, and our yoga are the medicine, the panacea, and the path. Water offers the wisdom of ultimate adaptability, of cooling, flowing, giving life. Water teaches us to soften without collapsing, to recognize the vessel of now and respond with intention rather than urgency. Flowing like water, we meet resistance with patience, and we carve space through repetition. Rather than an escape or an avoidance of what is burning all around us, this is how we carry water, literally and metaphorically, to all life, including ourselves. To refresh, replenish, and especially to re-source – this is an act of care, not only for ourselves but for the world we inhabit.

Magick is often described as the ability to shift energy through intention, and this is precisely what happens when movement, breath, and prayer are woven together with awareness. When practiced this way, yoga becomes an alchemical process, transforming contraction into expansion, fear into insight, and habit into conscious choice.
In this class, practice is approached as ritual. Movement becomes devotion. Breath becomes invocation. The body becomes a living altar through which we engage transformation not as an abstract concept, but as a lived, felt experience. When intention is embodied, yoga moves beyond exercise and becomes a means of aligning personal healing with something larger than the self.
Together, we will move through a soulful and intelligently sequenced practice that includes Sun Salutes A and B, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, inversions, meditation, mantra, mudra, and prayer.

This is NOT a gentle practice. It is one of the most powerful active meditations in the world, and one of the most liberating. Developed by Osho as a technique for modern bodies carrying modern stress, Dynamic Meditation moves through five stages over 60 minutes: chaotic breathwork, cathartic release (sound, free movement, letting the body express what it holds), a mantra jump, stillness, and celebration. The music guides each stage precisely.
Many people find this practice transformative on the first attempt. Others find it confronting. Both are welcome. What it asks is simple: show up, follow the stages, and let go of control. The meditation does the rest.
Appropriate for adults with no serious cardiac or respiratory conditions. Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in. Eyeshades strongly encouraged. Not recommended for those in acute emotional crisis or active trauma.

Mindfulness of the breath will be used to bring awareness of the brilliant core of the body out within the forms of the postures. Through the continuous joining and separating of masculine and feminine movements and energy in both the breathing patterns and the structures of the poses, fine detail becomes natural, and the practice becomes easy.
