You’re not broken. You’re not depleted. You’re angry. You’ve been making yourself smaller, quieter, more palatable, and the cost has been your fire. This immersion is for the woman who is done negotiating with her own life. We’ll begin with breathwork designed to regulate and activate, calming the nervous system first, then building energy through rhythmic breath patterns that wake up what has gone dormant. From there, Faith guides you through a fierce and honest reflective practice: where have you been leaking power? What boundary have you been afraid to set? What desire have you been calling “selfish” instead of calling it yours? The middle of this session moves into embodied expression, somatic movement, sound, rhythm, letting the body say what the mind has been censoring. We close with intention, boundary-setting, and a grounding meditation that doesn’t soften you back down. You’ll leave with fire you can actually use.

Yoga as Water for a World on Fire: Centering the great and universal vows of the beginning path of yoga is at the heart of the practice as well as the heart shape of this offering. Because the world is on fire. This is not a bypass, this is not feel-good glitter - this is an unflinching look at the reality of now. And, in response, how our devotion, our love, and our yoga are the medicine, the panacea, and the path.
Water offers the wisdom of ultimate adaptability, of cooling, flowing, giving life. Water teaches us to soften without collapsing, to recognize the vessel of now and respond with intention rather than urgency. Flowing like water, we meet resistance with patience, and we carve space through repetition. Rather than an escape or an avoidance of what is burning all around us, this is how we carry water, literally and metaphorically, to all life, including ourselves. To refresh, replenish, and especially to re-source – this is an act of care, not only for ourselves but for the world we inhabit.

The Resonating Body is a guided, experiential workshop exploring sound, movement, breath, and subtle energy practices as tools for grounding, nervous system regulation, and embodied vitality. Through fluid movement, vocal toning, qigong-inspired practices, and somatic tracking, participants learn to listen deeply to their bodies, release held tension, and cultivate a felt sense of ease and presence.
Drawing from Body Dialogue, Alexander Technique principles, Breathing Coordination, and polyvagal awareness, we explore how voice and vibration support self-regulation, emotional flow, and authentic expression. The living voice becomes a companion to movement — supporting grounding, truth-telling, and inner listening.
Insights on supportive herbs and flower essences for nervous system balance and resilience. Practices are accessible, adaptable, and easily woven into daily life. No prior experience is needed.
