Exploring the Architecture of Divinity
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 8:00am - 9:15am EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Remembering, together, that our body is a living temple, our breath is a sacred gift perpetually inviting us to both witness and experience the holy now.
Just as architecture relies on a considered foundation, balance, integrity, and intentional design ~ so too does our practice. Weaving grounding postures into vinyasa flow, allowing feeling to express with ease as we warm and open our bodies, preparing for a kriya to experience the divinity within. Moments of stillness and reflection are woven throughout, encouraging presence at the edges where intention takes form.
This is physical and spiritual, this is structural support and ever-expanding joy ~ this is the reminder that the treasure we seek is within.

Superflow: Ocean-Inspired Movement
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 8:00am - 9:15am EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
The ocean is never rigid. It is powerful, fluid, and endlessly adaptable. In this workshop, we explore movement inspired by the qualities of water—strength without stiffness, flow without force, and the ability to move seamlessly from one shape to the next. Superflow invites you to move with rhythm, intelligence, and ease, cultivating what we might call flow state fitness.

This practice blends yoga, functional mobility, calisthenics, and elements of Tai Chi into a continuous, wave-like movement experience. Rather than stopping to stretch or isolate muscles, we explore how to increase your range of motion while in motion—building strength, mobility, and coordination at the same time.

Through spirals, transitions, and fluid sequences, you’ll learn how to generate power without tension and stability without rigidity. As the body learns to move more fluidly, the mind often follows, dropping into the focused, effortless awareness we recognize as flow state.
Superflow is not about perfect poses. It’s about rediscovering your natural movement rhythm so you leave feeling strong, open, energized, and connected to the joy of moving like the ocean.

Build to Last
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Strong is good. Sustainable is better.

This class is about building a body that actually holds up. We’ll focus on strength, mobility, and joint integrity, slowing things down where it matters so you can move better, not just more.

Instead of chasing intensity, we’ll refine the fundamentals that support everything else you do, whether that’s yoga, lifting, or daily life.

This is the work most people skip… and the reason things eventually break down.
You’ll leave feeling more connected, more capable, and with a clearer understanding of how to train your body for the long game.

Prana, Presence & Prayer
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
This immersive workshop weaves together the subtle wisdom of marma therapy, the transformative power of pranayama, and the heart-opening grace of bhakti-infused movement. Designed as a holistic journey inward, the experience invites participants to reconnect with their inner vitality, balance the nervous system, and cultivate a deep sense of devotion and presence.

The session begins with guided pranayama led by Mitesh Raichada, who will skillfully introduce breath practices to regulate energy (prana), calm the mind, and create a grounded, receptive state. Through intentional breathing techniques, participants will awaken subtle awareness and prepare the body for deeper energetic work.

Sneha Raichada will then guide an exploration of marma points—vital energy centers in the body rooted in Ayurvedic tradition. With gentle touch and mindful attention, participants will learn how to stimulate and balance these points to support physical, emotional, and energetic harmony.

Building on this awakened state, Seán Johnson will lead a gentle bhakti vinyasa sequence designed to open the heart and invite a sense of devotion and connection. Infused with music, mantra, and fluid movement, this creative practice encourages participants to move from the inside out with love and intention.

Together, these three modalities create a deeply nourishing and integrative experience—one that harmonizes breath, body, and spirit, and leaves participants feeling centered, uplifted, and connected to the heart.

Free your Hips and Hamstrings
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Tight hips and hamstrings are among the most common complaints in the human body — and among the most misunderstood. What we experience as stiffness or discomfort is often the result of years of accumulated tension, postural imbalance, and unaddressed trigger points that no amount of stretching alone will resolve. This is why your yoga sometimes doesn't help, like at all.

This hands-on, results-oriented workshop teaches you how to actually get into the tissue — using self-myofascial release and targeted trigger point techniques — so that the yoga that follows can land somewhere new.

We'll work systematically through the hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings, and surrounding structures to address:

Hip flexor pain and chronic tension — the hidden driver behind low back pain
Common hip and glute complaints — including piriformis tension
Pelvic stability and balance — because a well-released pelvis is a well-supported pelvis, and that foundation changes everything above and below it

We'll close with a yoga sequence designed to integrate and deepen the release work, so your body can actually receive and hold the openness you've created.
You will leave with a clear self-care protocol you can use at home — and very likely, hips that feel like they belong to a different body.

Holosomatic Breathwork Journey
LIMITED
Friday July 24, 2026 4:00pm - 5:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Leave with a clearer mind, a lighter body, and a deeper connection to yourself.

This is a space to go inward. To listen, feel, and let something move.

Holosomatic Breathwork uses conscious connected breathing and music to shift your state of awareness. Over the course of three hours, we create a grounded, intentional container that supports you in exploring what lives beneath the surface.

We begin by arriving. The first hour is about setting the space, learning the technique, and understanding how to navigate your experience so you feel supported as you go deeper.

From there, you’ll move into a 60-minute active breathing phase. The music builds. Tribal, rhythmic, immersive. Loud enough to help you drop out of the thinking mind and into something more instinctual. This is where the experience opens.

People often describe this as a drug-free psychedelic experience. It can bring emotional release, clarity, connection to past experiences, or a sense of expansion that’s hard to name but easy to feel.

During the breathwork, you’ll be lying down on a yoga mat. You may want to bring an eye mask, a blanket or towel to cover up, or wear non-restrictive clothing. None of this is required, but it can support your experience. You will likely work up a sweat during the active phase.

The final portion of our time is dedicated to integration. This is where things begin to land. You’ll have space to rest, reflect, and, if you choose, share what came up. Integration is a key part of the process. It’s not something we rush.

This work can support nervous system reset, release stored tension, and bring awareness to patterns that usually stay out of reach. Many leave feeling more open, more grounded, and more connected to themselves and others.

We ask that you stay for the full session and help keep this space confidential. That’s part of what makes it safe enough to go there.

Please note: This practice is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have a history of seizures, cardiovascular conditions, severe asthma, recent surgery, or are currently experiencing acute mental health conditions. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out or consult with a medical professional before attending.
