Embark on an unforgettable wellness journey through Asheville, NC. A 3-hour walking exploration of Historic Downtown Asheville. We'll stop at some of Asheville's most iconic wellness havens along the way.
Indulge in a series of pampering experiences, including:

• A delicious tasting at French Broad Chocolates, Asheville's most iconic chocolatier.
• a 45-minute Guided Meditation and live sound healing inside of Aréte, a unique Asheville Boutique.
• An hour of rejuvenating cold plunge and hot sauna therapy at Asheville Sauna House.
